Raised floors are often used as plenums, where air is supplied through mechanical means or through air vents within the facades. The NAT Vent Attenuator can be installed directly behind the air vents within the facade to prevent noise ingress. A second application for the product within a raised floor is that it can be installed under partitions as a cross talk attenuator, allowing the flow of air through the plenum but preventing the passage of sound.
